PACS Server
When LDAP is configured on a server, user and group accounts can select a specific LDAP server the system as the authentication agent. When the system is selected, authentication is done using the account and password data stored in the PACS server. If one of the LDAP servers is selected, the account information is passed to the LDAP server and it authenticates the user. The system’s default authentication agent is defined in the Settings/Security Settings section.

An individual group or user account’s setting will override the system default authentication agent. On the group account edit page, the field is the Group Authentication Agent field.
