Schedule jobs are displayed on the Tasks page, located under the Admin tab.
Three task tables exist:
Jobs - List of running, pending, failed and suspended jobs at the study level. Jobs consist of one or more sub-jobs. Actions applied to an entry in the Jobs table apply to all related sub-jobs across all servers in the server hierarchy.
Sub-jobs - List of running, pending, failed and suspended sub-jobs. Sub-jobs consist of one or more tasks. Actions applied to an entry in the Subjobs table apply to all related tasks.
Tasks - List of running, pending, failed and suspended tasks. Tasks list activity at the object level. Actions applied to an entry in the Tasks table apply to that entry alone.

| CommitChild | Send storage commitment to child server |
| CommitmentSender | Checks if storage commitments need to be sent and start sending |
| CorrectAttachments | Correct attachments scanned for order |
| DailyCleanerTask | Deletes studies/orders older than the configured days (formerly: daily.jsp) |
| DcAutoForward | Auto forward DICOM objects to pre-configured devices and archive |
| DcCompressDataTask | Converts the DICOM objects to a compressed TS (started by compress actions) |
| DcFixall | Reindexes all studies (checkintegrity/dcfixall.sh) |
| Dcreg | Registers DICOM object to the database |
| DcregImages | Registers DICOM images to the database |
| DcregUpdateStudy | Updates study table entry from object table data for a specific study |
| DeleteFromHub | Call a HUB to prepare remote studies for DICOM media creation |
| DeleteReport | Deletes the report of a study |
| Forward | Forwards study to DICOM device |
| Get | "Merge study from legacy EP archive to enterprise archive" or "Retrieve study from EP archive" |
| GetObject | Retrieve object from EP archive |
| IMMessageWrapper | Sets a message for system administrators when a repository is in a non-normal condition. |
| MakeSpaceTask | Deletes old studies to make space for new ones |
| MergeObject | Merge object from legacy EP archive to enterprise archive |
| MHCleanupAllStudiesTask | Start cleaning up all studies residing at multiple hubs |
| MHCleanupCWLTask | Cleanup working files of the multihub cleanup tool |
| MHDeleteFromSourceTask | Delete study from source hub after settling at target hub |
| MHInitSettleTask | Initializes settling a multihub study |
| MHNotifyCWLTask | Call CWL to finish settling a multihub study |
| MHNotifyTargetTask | Notify target hub about late objects |
| MHPrepareSettleTask | Call source hub to prepare a multihub study for moving to a target hub |
