Prior Studies

The following settings define how to handle prior studies.

Setting	Default	Description
Prepare mode for local priors	System	Indicates how to prepare local priors for use. None performs no action for local priors. LRU only restores local priors to fast repositories and updates the last access date/time. System prepares cached/processed data according to the Process Mode settings.
Prior/Relevancy rules - Provisder	PACS	Indicates whose relevancy rules are used when opening a study in the viewer.
Prior/Relevancy rules - Fallback to PACS	Disabled	If the relevancy rules defined by another system are used but they are unavailable, indicate whether the system uses the system's relevancy rules.
Automatic prior study search on worklist	Enabled	The (worklist's) patient folder study history will query archive devices and list matching studies.
Collect cache state for prior studies newer than	14	Age (in days) of prior studies whose state remains cached.
