GDPR Compliance
eRAD, Inc. (eRAD) is firmly committed to a continuing process of reviewing
and updating its compliance with General Data Protection Regulation EU
2016/679 (“GDPR”).
Current company policy and technology provides that:
- eRAD
has adequate information security in place;
- eRAD
assures sub Processors are obligated to employ GDPR-compliant data
protection policies and procedures prior to accessing the Controller’s
data;
- eRAD
cooperates with the relevant Data Protection Authorities in the event
of an inquiry;
- eRAD
reports data breaches to the Controller without delay;
- eRAD
employs a regulatory compliance officer responsible for the company’s
data protection policies and procedures.
- eRAD
keeps records of all processing activities;
- eRAD
complies with EU trans-border data transfer rules;
- eRAD
helps the Controller to comply with data subjects rights, when necessary;
- eRAD
assists the Data Controller in managing the consequences of data breaches,
when applicable;
- eRAD
deletes or returns all personal data at the end of the contract; and
- eRAD
informs the Controller if the processing instructions infringe GDPR.
