Uploading Documents

Image files can be uploaded as attachments to studies and orders.

The following file types are supported:

Uploaded files are treated as scanned documents, appearing in the Attachments tab in the report panel, the Attachments tab in the Patient Folder, and the viewer’s thumbnail panel and image frames. Since uploading documents requires Java VM, the user must download from the Internet and install it prior to uploading any documents.

 To upload a file to an existing study:

  1. Find the study on the Worklist and select the checkbox next to the patient name
  2. Click the Upload icon to launch the Upload panel
