Note: This function
only applies to viewers used with version 8.0 or 7.3 servers.
Studies in a viewer session matching the Primary study's patient identifier(s)
and the Study Date are tagged as a "current" study. “Current”
studies will have the same thumbnail coloring and primary status overlay
data. Study groups are identified with “C1, C2” Image

Configuration panels now have default keyboard macros that cannot be deleted. Configuration_Panel_Shortcuts

A settings page has been added to the viewer options to define retention periods for viewer crash logs, session logs, net logs and WMI logs. The settings exist under Option/Advanced Settings. Logging
To avoid conflicts with plugin keyboard shortcuts, custom keyboard macros defined by a user and placed in the Plugin section (Tools/Macros/Shortcuts/Plugins) apply when the active frame is a plugin frame. If no custom shortcut exists, the plugin's default macro for the key is applied. When the active frame is not a plugin frame, the main viewer's keyboard macro (from the Base section) is applied.
After resetting the current spine label selections from the spine label control panel, the panel displays the vertebral bodies tab by default. This has been resolved.
Manually defined link settings are applied by hanging protocols (HPs) only when the series are spatially registered. Otherwise, the link settings are ignored. Additionally, auto-linking is applied after the HP is loaded and only if it defined no link settings.
A recent change to correct the handling of right-click context menus caused the viewer to disable tooltips after closing the context menu. Tooltips have been restored.
The system recognizes CAD SR objects with a Manufacturer value of "HOLOGIC" the same as those with a value "R2".
Reactivating the Magic X feature failed to display the cursor in the cross-referenced images unless the user moved the mouse. This has been resolved.
After enhancing the auto-link tool to apply to series in all views, an improperly initialized parameter resulted in cross-referencing series that do not share the same physical space, displaying the Magic X icon in the wrong position on some images. This has been resolved.
If a custom keyboard command that creates a key image is invoked while an annotation is selected (ie, in edit mode), the viewer could crash. This has been resolved.
