Center Point on ROI Annotations

A center point has been added to ROI annotation tools.  See Hounsfield and ROI Annotations

Annotation Value Configuration

New modality specific annotation configurations are available.  New settings can be found in Tools/Options/Annotations/Modality-dependent settings.  See Annotations

Plugin Frame Histogram Information

Plugin frames (Reconstruction, Image Fusion, and Volume 3D) now pass histogram information to the viewer's window level tools. See Window Level Histogram

Resolved Issues

Incorrect Placement of Annotation on Secondary Capture Images

If a presentation state contains an annotation that applies to an original object (eg, an MG object) whose resolution is different from the object on which the annotation is drawn (eg, a secondary capture object), the annotation could be drawn in an incorrect location.  This has been resolved.

Thumbnail Panel Refresh Issue

If the user clears an image frame using a keyboard command, the thumbnail image was not refreshed and continued to indicate the series was loaded into a visible image frame. This has been resolved.

Unable to Auto Save Presentation States as Secondary Capture Objects

The feature to automatically create presentation states as secondary capture objects was unintentionally removed from the viewer. It has been restored.
