Configuration Panel Shortcuts

The desktop viewer has three configuration panels to configure general settings, keyboard shortcuts, and tool groups/menus. It is possible to accidentally configure the viewer's tool groups/menus in a way that prevents the user from accessing these panels to undo or restore settings. Three default keyboard shortcuts are available to enable these panels and cannot deleted or overwritten.
