Provider Portal & UM Portal

Summary

This enhancement to the Provider and Utilization Management Portals adds user-friendly descriptions for the UM Status and Resolution codes which can be displayed in the portals to assist ordering providers and medical groups in better understanding these statuses.

Previously, the portal displayed UM Status Code values, which were not always meaningful to the portal users, and the UM Resolution (on the UM order filter criteria filter) displayed a concatenation of UM status and UM Resolution.

With this change, the UMStatus and UMResolution RIS Lookup Tables have been updated to include RP Friendly Description and Ump Friendly Description columns where a user-friendly description can be configured.

The new UMStatus » Ump Friendly Description will now be displayed as the description for each portal, and UMResolution » Description will appear on the UM order filter criteria filter.
