Digital Forms

Summary

This enhancement to the Digital Forms Editor allows additional digital form question types to have an assigned question code, allowing them to be mapped to Portal scheduling questions.

Feature Description

Within the Digital Forms Editor, the Question Code field, already available for the Question Subtype of Text, is now also available for the Dropdown, Radio Button, Checkbox, and Date subtypes. This means that these addition digital form question types can be mapped to portal scheduling questions just like the Text type.

Known Limitations

The following significant limitations have been identified and should be communicated to affected users:

·         Expected behavior by design (from #33917) - Mapping issues

·         When adding Date type questions, the answer type should be Text rather than Date or the date may not display correctly due to cultural date differences.

·         When mapping a YesNoUnsure question, use Not Sure as the value for the Unsure option or the button will not show as selected.

·         When a dropdown option includes multiple words, the underscore that was automatically added when creating the option must be removed or the answers will not appear in the digital form.

·         The Checkbox type is not available as an answer type in the Portal Questions at this time.
