(value = string) URL for a free AUC mechanism website, if desired for providers using the Provider Portal.  Allows provider to launch the website for a non-integrated, Clinical  Decision Support Mechanism.  The external website will likely require the provider to complete a registration process on first use.

(value = string) Service type(s) to use when looking for general health benefits plan name such as service type 30 - Health Benefit Plan Coverage.  If the first service type specified is not found, the 271 -> JSON parser will look at the next service type provided.  For example, by default it will look in ST 30, but if that doesn't exist it will look to ST 1.  If blank, the default 30,1 is used.  (See Resolved Item #26472)
