CTRM
This enhancement to the Critical Results workflow allows different subsets of CTRM Categories to be used by different areas of an organization.
Previously, categories as defined in the CTRMCategory RIS Lookup Table Editor applied globally.
With this change, one set of sites could see CTRM Categories Red, Blue, and Yellow and another set of sites could see Red, Yellow, Orange, and Green.
Configuration Instructions
System Administrators must complete the following actions to enable this feature:
1. Create the Site Groups that will use Critical Results in the SiteGroup RIS Lookup Table Editor:

Note that a site may only be assigned to one Critical Result site group type at a time. |
2. Update CTRM Category Codes to indicate which Site Groups they will be available to in the CTRMCategory RIS Lookup Table Editor.
In this example, the "Yellow" CTRM will apply to the "Blue One" and "Blue Three" Site Groups.

3. When creating a new critical result for a study, only those categories assigned to the site group will display:
