Summary
This enhancement to Scheduling streamlines the process of entering patient addresses by auto-populating the Zip field from City and State values.
Feature Description
Previously, entering a zip code in RIS would look up and populate the corresponding city and state fields.
With this enhancement, the reverse is now possible. When the value of the City or State field has changed, tabbing out of the field will trigger a zip code lookup.
When an exact and unique match is found, the Zip field is immediately populated. Partial search is not supported (e.g. "Colu" will not match "Columbus").
If a non-exact match or multiple exact matches are found, a Select address dialog is displayed:
