Summary

This enhancement to the Thick Client GUI screen updates the behavior of the Systems dropdown on the RIS Login screen.

Currently the dropdown forces entries to be sorted in ascending order.

With this optional change, a custom order for the entries in the dropdown can be defined, and a system can be specified as the default.
