Patient C-CDA

Summary

This change to Patient C-CDA modifies the output of generated C-CDA documents to suppress several sections within the document.

Background

Previously, as part of a CURES update the content of the C-CDA document template was updated. This included adding a new clinical notes section. It has been identified that some information should not display in this section.

Feature Description

Until such a time that alternative data is decided to display in them, the content and headings for Procedure Note, History, and Physical Narrative Note will be removed from the Clinical Notes section of C-CDA documents generated from the RIS Client or Portals.

Configuration Instructions

No System Administrator actions are necessary to enable this feature.
