Personnel Merge

Summary

This enhancement to Personnel Merge incorporates a warning dialog within the merging workflow to ensure accuracy.

Background

Previously, users would inadvertently merge in the "wrong direction", inheriting the unknown's blank tag.

Feature

With these changes, a warning dialog will present when performing a merge from a known Referring Physician to an unknown Referring Physician in order to avoid losing the "Referring" tag of the source Physician.

The warning message will prompt the user to review and make changes as desired.
