An integration with FUJI Synapse PACS is now supported.  The integration supports the following:

·         Opening images for the primary study and any relevant comparison studies (priors).

·         Closing the window/session.

The more advanced integration functionality that is available for some of our other PACS integrations is not possible with Fuji Synapse.  For example, the append call, which allows for additional studies to be added to an open PACS session, is not supported natively by the interface.  Also, workstation lock/unlock is not supported. 

The RIS will use a single session when communicating with the PACS.
