Patient Management

Summary

This enhancement to Patient Management adds support for defaulting the phone number type for newly added numbers to Mobile.

Currently, users must manually check this box, even though the vast majority of numbers are now mobile (cell) numbers.

With this change, the Mobile checkbox is automatically checked for all phone numbers that are entered. If desired, the user can manually uncheck the box.
