Portals

Summary

This enhancement to Portals enhances the recently introduced Training Materials feature to add support for document downloads that are specific to one or more Portal Instances. This allows documents to be customized, such as using different branding and logos on downloadable PDFs that are specific a portal's users.

Previously, Feature #30445 added the ability to upload and deploy a variety of training materials to assist portal users in understanding the functionality of the portal. However, all portal instances would point to the same downloadable document.

With this change, downloads for the Tutorial and Web Viewer (but not Quick Tutorial or FAQ) pages can be configured to be available only for specific portal instances, just as is possible when configuring a Marketing Campaign.

Configuration Instructions

No System Administrator actions are necessary to enable this feature.
