This change to Patient C-CDA modifies the output of generated C-CDA documents to suppress several sections within the document. |

While no new known limitations were identified with this release, the following expected behaviors were noted:
ยท Expected behavior by design (from #33643) - Until such a time that alternative data is decided to display in them, the Procedure Note, History, and Physical Narrative Note will be removed from the Clinical Notes section of C-CDA documents generated from the RIS Client or Portals.The following new Known Limitations were identified with this release:
