The following new Known Limitations were identified with this release:
ยท Bug #34337 - After Re-process eligibility the WL Warning Flag icon does not display and impacts next attempt to Re-process eligibility
o Issue: When re-processing eligibility for carriers that do not go thru Availity, the worklist Warning Flag icon does not display and prevents further attempts to re-process eligibility. This issue does not happen with Availity based carriers.
o Impact: RIS will indicate "There are no items matching the specified criteria." and the shield will no longer appear on the worklist. Note: This issue does not happen with Availity based carriers.
o Workaround: By opening the order in View/Edit and re-saving, the shield will reappear and reprocessing will work as normal.
