The following new Known Limitations were identified with this release:
ยท Expected behavior by design (from #34556) - C-CDA Transmission Failure Monitoring
o Issue: When the Wedge Darena Plugin fails to transmit a C-CDA, the failure is noted but there is no automated retry workflow.
o Impact: When an exception occurs on the initial C-CDA submission to Darena, the text of the C-C-CDA is stored in the last_exception column of the c_action_queue row.
o Workaround: Manual monitoring for errors is required. If a failure is identified, details should be forwarded to Darena for review.
