Client Login

This enhancement to the RIS login process improves the performance and messaging of the login screen.

Previously, users logging into RIS could experience a lack of application feedback as RIS completed the login process, especially on slower performing systems.  This included failing to update the active cursor and delays in confirming their password was verified.

With this change, the login screen will react almost instantly to let the user know that their password was successfully entered, and that the login process is underway.

Messaging on the login screen keeps users informed during the login process.
