The following new Known Limitations were identified that affects the eRAD RIS 3.2018.5.4.0.1 through 4.2023.076.1 releases (as well as the eRAD RIS 4.2024.011 release):
· Bug #35113- No providers found when making an appointment outside of log in
o Issue: With the security fix hotfix in place, searching for a provider no longer returns any results in the guest appointment workflow.
o Impact: When a patient who is not logged in (the guest appointment workflow), the provider search will not return any results, however they must make a provider selection to proceed.
o Workaround: Patients that are logged in do not experience this limitation. Alternatively, they may select the Provider Not Listed option.
