This release of eRAD RIS 4.2024.011 merges the content of eRAD RIS 4.2024.008.1 which addresses a security issue and resolves a scanning issue which prevented attachments from being accessed (and includes eRAD RIS 4.2024.008.0.2 which introduces the ability to bypass Insurance for Mobile Workflow and resolves a URL site group parameter issue).
No additional functionality was added.

The following new Known Limitations were identified that affects this eRAD RIS 4.2024.011 release (as well as the previously released Hotfix and Rapid Releases 3.2018.5.4.0.1 through 4.2023.076.1):
ยท Bug #35113- No providers found when making an appointment outside of log in
o Issue: With the security fix hotfix in place, searching for a provider no longer returns any results in the guest appointment workflow.
o Impact: When a patient who is not logged in (the guest appointment workflow), the provider search will not return any results, however they must make a provider selection to proceed.
o Workaround: Patients that are logged in do not experience this limitation. Alternatively, they may select the Provider Not Listed option.
