To automatically route studies to your workstation, do the following:
Set up a worklist filter in the browser and attach it to an auto forward action from the other lists web page. Details on both are found in the server-side help files and manual.
In the viewer's Customize Settings' Prefetch panel, enable prefetching.
In the viewer's Customize Settings' Settings panel, enable standby mode.
When no user is logged into a dedicated workstation, the dedicated workstation continues to prefetch studies matching the auto routing criteria. When a user logs onto the workstation, studies matching the user's prefetch list are combined with the studies defined by the workstation's auto routing filters.
