Copying image frames

 

Copy the contents of one image frame to another using the Copy Image Frame function.

  1. Load images into a single image frame.

  2. Position the mouse over the diagonal lines in the top left corner of the frame

  3. Hold down the Ctrl button, and click the left mouse button.

  4. Drag the mouse to a free image frame and release. During the drag, the cursor changes to include a “+” sign.

  5. A copy of all the images in the source frame now exists in the target frame.

When updating an image frame, the viewer automatically resets the frame’s tile mode to 1-up stacked. You can configure the viewer to use the existing tile mode setting.

  1. From the Settings menu, select Customize Settings.

  2. Select the Settings tab.

  3. Check the box Persistent Frame Settings to use the existing tile mode setting when loading series from the thumbnail panel into the image frame.

This setting only applies to series dropped into the image frame from the thumbnail panel.
