Customer Release Notes documents describe the purpose, configuration, and operation of new features made available with each release, identifies issues resolved in the release, and highlights any unresolved known limitations.

RIS v4.2025.021 Released: April 2, 2025	This release of eRAD RIS 4.2025.021 updates an Insurance Management tracking issue and merges the content of eRAD RIS 4.2025.020.1 (merged the content of eRAD RIS 4.2025.018.0.1). Refer to the previously released eRAD RIS CUSTOMER RELEASE NOTES for details of these changes.
RIS v4.2025.020.1 Released: March 31, 2025	This hotfix of eRAD RIS 4.2025.020.1 merges the content of eRAD RIS 4.2025.018.0.1 (resolves an ICODE Reactivation and Expiration issue and updates the PACS SDK to a Multi-Session account.). No additional functionality was added. Refer to the previously released eRAD RIS CUSTOMER RELEASE NOTES for details of these changes.
RIS v4.2025.020 Released: March 27, 2025	This release of eRAD RIS 4.2025.020 resolves a BAT performance issue caused by a backlog of requests.
RIS v4.2025.019 Released: March 26, 2025	This release of eRAD RIS 4.2025.019 introduces a Short Term Follow Up Worklist for BI-RADS 3 tracking.
RIS v4.2025.018.0.1 Released: March 26, 2025	This rapid release of eRAD RIS 4.2025.018.0.1 resolves an ICODE Reactivation and Expiration issue and updates the PACS SDK to a Multi-Session account.
RIS v4.2025.018 Released: March 14, 2025	This release of eRAD RIS 4.2025.018 resolves a several workflow-blocking issues with SecurePic and Validation Rules.
RIS v4.2025.017 Released: March 7, 2025	This release of eRAD RIS 4.2025.017 resolves a Patient Search which caused extended wait times and merges the content of eRAD RIS 4.2025.015.1 (which resolves an error occurring when opening scanned documents.).
RIS v4.2025.016 Released: March 5, 2025	This release of eRAD RIS 4.2025.016 resolves TechLive integration and session launch issues.
RIS v4.2025.015.1 Released: March 4, 2025	This hotfix of eRAD RIS 4.2025.015.1 resolves an error occurring when opening scanned documents.
RIS v4.2025.015 Released: Feburary 28, 2025	This release of eRAD RIS 4.2025.015 merges the content of ERAD RIS 4.2025.012.1 (which resolves an issue that caused worklists to close unexpectedly.). No additional functionality was added. Refer to the previously released eRAD RIS CUSTOMER RELEASE NOTES for details of these changes.
RIS v4.2025.014 Released: Feburary 28, 2025	This release of eRAD RIS 4.2025.014 addresses issues displaying PACS v9 streamed images in Connect Portals.
RIS v4.2025.013 Released: Feburary 27, 2025	This release of ERAD RIS 4.2025.013 resolves a scanned documents interface issue.
RIS v4.2025.012.1 Released: Feburary 28, 2025	This hotfix of eRAD RIS 4.2025.012.1 resolves an issue that caused worklists to close unexpectedly.
RIS v4.2025.012 Released: Feburary 24, 2025	This release of eRAD RIS 4.2025.012 resolves an issue accessing Patient Reports and an issue sending Exam Access Invitations.
RIS v4.2025.011 Released: Feburary 11, 2025	This release of eRAD RIS 4.2025.011 resolves two issues with Digital Forms.
RIS v4.2025.010 Released: Feburary 11, 2025	This release of eRAD RIS 4.2025.010 resolves a TechLive issue where RGB highlight colors were not consistent, a Payment Control calculation issue on manual overrides and a memory leak issue with GUI controls.
RIS v4.2025.008 Released: January 28, 2025	This release of eRAD RIS 4.2025.008 resolves Insurance Eligibility issues affecting various workflows including Walk-In and Image Recognition workflows.
RIS v4.2025.007 Released: January 23, 2025	This release of eRAD RIS 4.2025.007 resolves a collection of Inspectiv Security issues to ensure the protection of the Patient, Provider, Utilization Management and Administration Portals.
RIS v4.2025.006 Released: January 22, 2025	This release of eRAD RIS 4.2025.006 updates CURES to CMS125v12 and adds support for managing and accessing Decision Support Interventions (DSI) extensions via MeldRX, ensuring compliance with CURES (b)(11) guidelines.
RIS v4.2025.005 Released: January 17, 2025	This release of eRAD RIS 4.2025.005 resolves a Document Distribution issue where a configuration issue caused jobs to fail and merges the content of eRAD RIS 4.2025.003.1 (which supports marketing domain structure to support multiple domains and resolves Portal issues with domain specific patient communications.).
RIS v4.2025.004 Released: January 16, 2025	This release of eRAD RIS 4.2025.004 resolves a Scheduling issue where documents were incorrectly resubmitted to Image Recognition when the script sender version changes.
RIS v4.2025.003.1 Released: January 14, 2025	This limited hotfix of eRAD RIS 4.2025.003.1 supports marketing domain structure to support multiple domains and resolves Portal issues with domain specific patient communications.
RIS v4.2025.003 Released: January 10, 2025	This release of eRAD RIS 4.2025.003 resolves a UI Plugin CD importing issue and merges the content of eRAD RIS 4.2024.126.1 (resolves PACS error occurring when opening studies for dictation).
RIS v4.2025.002 Released: January 9, 2025	This release of eRAD RIS 4.2025.002 adds support for Fluency Direct Radiology Reporting integration via a plugin and resolves a Thick Client GUI error.
RIS v4.2025.001 Released: January 08, 2025	This release of eRAD RIS 4.2025.001 introduces Insurance Eligibility support for handling inactive insurance policies post carrier switching and resolves issues with the 271 insurance eligibility response.

Intended Audience

The intended audience for these documents is the RIS Administration team for all eRAD RIS customers.

The intent of the documents is to describe the content of the release with sufficient detail for a Customer to be able to understand the basic operation of new features and the implications of resolved issues, and for the Customer's RIS Administrator to be able to perform routine configuration of features.

This information should be used by all customers to determine how these changes affect their organization’s workflow, and to plan their organization's upgrade strategy for eRAD RIS.

In some cases, there may be a separate Service Release Notes edition of this document with additional technical details and deploy instructions.
